Shipping policy

Our stocks of Actor Basic and Actor Pro2 have arrived and are ready for shipment. Place your orders now.

In-stock items will be delivered to you within 3 to 4 work days, however, given  the nature of our business, sometimes unplanned delays may occur. To be safe, allow 7 to 10 work days from payment to delivery of in-stock items. We promise to do our best to have your order delivered to your door as soon as possible.

A maximum weight of 9kg for shipping to any destination nationwide applies.

Please note that preordered items could range between 4 to 6 weeks from time of order to arrival in South Africa, Customs permitting.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately should the item be defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
